The Territorial Worship Collective (TWC) is made up of the most talented, next-generation praise band members ages 13-25 in the Central Territory who play in their corps and/or divisional praise bands. The purpose of the TWC is to develop corps leaders and musicians that will push out into divisions and ensure that they have excellent quality music and leadership reducing the requirement to draw upon outside praise bands for youth councils or other divisional events. This collective of youth, initially made up of two praise bands of auditioned Salvationists, meets once a year for a ministry weekend (much like the Territorial Youth Band and the Territorial Youth Chorus weekends). During the ministry weekend, the Territorial Worship Collective praise bands rehearse a list of common repertoire, develop their skills, receive leadership training, and partner with mentor leaders and musicians. On Sunday, these youth take their skills and training to complement a corps worship service.

Josh Turner, Contemporary Music Specialist, manages leadership of the Territorial Worship Collective with support from The Singing Company, Divisional Music Directors, Territorial Music and Gospel Arts Department and special guests at the yearly ministry weekends.
